ENTRY AND RESERVATIONS

BOOKING TERMS:
Reservations will not be held for unconfirmed bookings. Reservations will not be honoured if guests do not meet legal or dress code requirements for venue attendance. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on venue policies, please contact the venue during office hours for policy details. No food or alcohol is to be brought in from outside the premises. ID of booking person must be presented on arrival to verify your booking.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
The venue reserves the right to not provide the drinks package if attendees are intoxicated. The venue reserves the right to terminate your booking – please view Payment Terms for more details.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
Please contact the venue prior to attending your booking to specify any dietary requirements. Dietary requirements requested within 48 hours of booking times may not be accommodated for. The venue takes no responsibility for the results of unspecified requirements.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
The venue reserves the right to hold patrons accountable for any property damage incurred during the reserved booking period. All damage should be reported to venue staff immediately to minimize compensatory action.

 

PAYMENT POLICY:

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Once payment has been processed all booking are confirmed and non-refundable or transferable. If you cannot attend your booking, please advise the venue during trading hours as soon as possible.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS:
If you do not attend your booking, it will be forfeited and is non-exchangeable or refundable. The venue reserves the right to terminate your booking if you do not arrive by 10:30pm on the reserved night. Booking of specific booths may be requested as preference by contacting the venue during office hours.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Public Holidays and Special Events may incur a surcharge fee, this fee will be noted at checkout and is the customers responsibility to consider.
